Impart-INCLUSION Service Delivery

The Impart-INCLUSION service: the key modes of delivery

The Impart-WHS set of solutions are delivered via two key ways:

  • Training and workshops, delivered in a group setting, to build the D&I capacity of your business.  These can be delivered to a general workforce or to specific business function, according to your needs.
  • A consultancy service, typically directly assisting a specific leader, leadership team or functional team with a particular challenge, or to support the implementation of decisions that were made at a workshop.  This mode is often a better fit for organisations whose scale or structure is less complex and therefore benefits from a less formal approach to decision making and implementation.

The choice between either of these modes, or a bespoke mixture of them, is always best determined by mutual consideration of the unique challenges and opportunities your organisation faces.

The Impart-INCLUSION service: based on decades of tailoring solutions

Since 2004, the roles performed by Madison Moffat, the founder of Impart-INCLUSION, have primarily involved:

  • Being a champion, on behalf of an employer and/or their clients, for operational excellence systems of considerable administrative and conceptual complexity.
  • Assisting businesses, who provide goods and services to the systems owner, to deliver to the expectations of that system without adopting its administrative or conceptual complexity.
  • Servicing a range of business types, from small businesses on a journey of growth to the regional teams of global corporations; always sensitive to their specific capabilities, challenges and systems maturity.

Decades of cultivating this service method now informs the Impart-INCLUSION approach, guiding participants to leverage from and modify their current organisational wealth of process, experience, intent and narrative.  We start with the principle of improvement; that is, working together better by adjusting your present systems and approaches.

Specialist insight and best practice tools are on hand, so that your teams may adopt new approaches as necessary.  However, first and foremost, for commitment and sustainability, this effort must be recognised as their program involving the adjustment of their ways of working.

The Impart-INCLUSION service: Covid-19 response

With the challenges we all face due to the COVID-19 pandemic, additional flexibility in delivering services of this kind is critical to keeping us safe.  The impact of restrictions, control measures and flexible work arrangements on ways-of-working is different for every workplace.  Again, the Impart-INCLUSION approach of working in coordination with your systems includes falling in with how your business currently needs to operate during this time.
